SOKNA is hiring Field Coordinator with the following responsibilities & requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Be our frontline representative, based in one of our partner hospitals to directly interface with families facing loss in a timely manner.
  • Plan, lead and execute funeral services on the ground on a daily basis with the support of a small team.
  • Communicate with the Account Executive to receive new service requests, collect instructions and report timely updates at various steps of the funeral.
  • Address customer needs with great attention to details and laser-focus on quality.
  • Build relationships with the staff at the hospital among other parties and eloquently communicate our company’s mission and core values.
  • Prepare all the tools and documents needed to meet the service requirements.
  • Fill forms, complete paperwork and write concise notes.
  • Handle payments and service accounting with relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree is a must.
  • Very good written and spoken English.
  • Past experience in Customer service, Hospitality, Client Service relations, public relations, Patient relations is a must.
  • Leadership and high communication skills.
  • Decision Making / Problem Solving skills.
