Our client, a leading company in the interior design field, is seeking to hire a talented Interior Designer.
Job Description:
- Oversee the development of design concepts and ensure they align with client objectives, project goals, and budget constraints.
- Lead the creation of detailed design plans, 3D renderings, and technical documentation.
- Manage all project lifecycle phases, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and other design software to produce high-quality design outputs and technical documentation.
- Solve complex design and technical challenges.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their vision is accurately realized.
- Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Lead and mentor junior designers and project staff, providing guidance and support to ensure team members are aligned with project objectives and company standards.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required.
- 4-8 years of professional experience in interior design and project management, demonstrating a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects, including budget and schedule management, client interactions, and team coordination.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software. Knowledge of additional tools and software is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Working Days: 5 days/week (Sunday-Thursday)
- Working Hours: 8 hours
- Days Off: Friday and Saturday
- Work Location: 1st Settlement, New Cairo
