Join the team as a French Technical Support at Garment IO. We are looking for a dedicated and client-focused professional who is fluent in French to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with Garment IO is seamless and positive. 


This dynamic role involves providing timely technical support, resolving client inquiries, conducting training sessions, and working closely with internal teams to improve service delivery.

Responsibilities:


  • Maintain effective, prompt, and accurate communication with all factories via phone, chat, and email.
  • Support factories with on-call and online technical and non-technical training
  • Identify, and handle issues, complaints, and requests from factories 
  • Run periodical customer feedback surveys
  • Validate and report technical bugs and coordinate efforts to resolve them with the technical teams
  • Monitor factory performance and advise factory management on maximizing the benefits from Garment IO via concise messages on the opportunities they can capitalize on
  • Document responses, cases, and SOPs for technical support.




Requirements:


  • 1-2 years of work experience in technical support or any related field
  • Proficient in the French language, encompassing speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic & English.
  • An advanced set of interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and guide reporting
  • Ability and persistence to work alone supporting multi-stakeholder, large factories
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Dedication and commitment to deliverables
  • Experience in software or technical support is preferred
  • Experience with Zoho Desk and Zoho SalesIQ is preferred.
