Talent360 is hiring for one of our clients' a Senior Technical Team Leader to join their team and drive the success of our technical operations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a problem-solver, and a hands-on leader capable of managing complex technical tasks while mentoring and guiding the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the technical team, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- Oversee day-to-day technical operations and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Review and validate technical designs, reports, and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance, support, and training to team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company procedures, and client requirements.
- Track team performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant technical tools and software.
