Overview: As a Finance Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Z-Experience’s financial strategy. You will oversee the company’s financial health by managing budgets, analyzing financial data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing key insights to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily finance operations: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and auditing.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor financial performance and initiate corrective actions to minimize risks.
- Ensure full compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits.
- Develop financial models and strategies to support company growth.
- Guide department heads in budget allocation and expenditure tracking.
- Lead and mentor finance team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s, CPA, or CMA is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years in financial management or senior accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in tools like QuickBooks, SAP, Excel, and financial reporting systems.
- Analytical mindset with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
