-Lead full-cycle Odoo implementation projects from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
-Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and processes.
-Translate business requirements into effective, scalable Odoo solutions.
-Develop functional and technical specifications, including customization requirements and integration with other systems.
-Manage integration projects between Odoo and third-party systems.
-Configure standard Odoo modules based on client requirements.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo features and updates.
-Recommend process improvements and system enhancements based on industry best practices.
-Develop and execute test plans to validate functionality and performance.
-Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
-4-6 years of experience as an Odoo ERP Implementer role.
-Proficiency in Python, HTML, XML programming language.
-Experience with PostgreSQL database management.
-Certification in Odoo implementation or development (preferred).
-Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
