Innovitics is now hiring for a Associate Product Manager to join its fast-growing team. The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. You will be responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Understand assigned product categories, including customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Gather and analyze data to support product decisions and strategy.
- Support project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and tracking product development progress.
- Assist in coordinating product launches and ensuring all teams are prepared for successful releases.
- Assist in the development and prioritization of product features, specifications, and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product development and delivery.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and identify opportunities for new features or products.
- Maintain product documentation, including requirements, user stories, and design specifications.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to convey product status and insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance product management skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Understanding of customer needs and market trends
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Strong understanding of product development process
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 2+ years of experience in product management is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working Conditions:
- Location: New Cairo
- Working Hours: 9-11 AM - 5-7 PM
- Days Off: Friday & Saturday
