BAM Is looking for an Account Executive to join our family, who will be responsible for supporting the Senior Account Managers and Accounts Lead in managing client accounts and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. Also, support in the development and execution of successful advertising campaigns for their clients
Job Role :
- Attend pitches, along with the Account Manager, with the aim of securing new business for BAM
- Arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements
- Prepare briefs for each client based on their requirements and needs
- Communicate the brief with the clients for approval or modification
- Supports the Account Managers and Accounts Lead in managing the day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. This involves supporting the setting of timelines and budgets, collaborating with internal teams, and helping to manage client expectations
- Present (alongside the Account Manager) the campaign ideas and budget to the client
- work with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies
- Attend all outdoor shooting with the Team
- Ensuring all preparation needed were made before the shooting, such as getting a filming permit
- Contacting influencers/ PR agencies for campaigns when needed, get their offers and negotiate with them according to budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or an equivalent field
Experience:
- Previous work experience from 0 to two years as an Account Executive or relevant role in the Advertising industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time and project management skills. You’re always looking to improve inefficient processes
- preferably Zamalek resident or nearby
