Job Purpose

The Media Buyer is responsible for planning, negotiating, purchasing, and optimizing advertising space across various digital and traditional media channels, with a strong focus on the KSA and UAE markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of media trends, pricing, and consumer behavior in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have experience managing media budgets, building relationships with media vendors, and ensuring campaigns deliver maximum ROI.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute media buying strategies tailored to the Saudi and UAE markets.

  • Identify the most effective media platforms for advertising offerings.

  • Negotiate, purchase, and monitor advertising space and placements across digital (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, programmatic) and traditional media (TV, radio, print, OOH).

  • Analyze target audience data and media consumption habits to optimize media plans.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure content is aligned with media objectives.

  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.

  • Prepare reports on campaign performance, media spend, and return on investment.

  • Manage relationships with media vendors and platforms in the GCC, ensuring favorable rates and added value.

  • Stay updated on media trends, pricing, and regulations in KSA and UAE.

  • Ensure media plans comply with regional advertising regulations and cultural sensitivities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Media Buyer, preferably in real estate or a related sector

  • In-depth knowledge of the media landscape in Saudi Arabia and the UAE

  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills

  • Experience with digital media buying platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and programmatic tools

  • Familiarity with offline media channels and vendors in KSA and UAE

  • Excellent command of English and Arabic is a strong advantage

  • Strong communication, organizational, and budgeting skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
