Talent 360 is hiring Senior Architecture Engineer for one of its clients

Expected Job Role
  • Lead the design development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
  • Oversee and manage BIM models, architectural drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues during construction.
  • Review and approve drawings, specifications, and materials.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects, ensuring team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing design insights and recommendations.
  • Implement and maintain BIM workflows, project standards, and best practices

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • 7-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proven expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, and detailing.
  • Experience with BIM coordination, clash detection, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Familiarity with local and international building codes (e.g., IBC, NFPA, LEED, or local regulations).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Portfolio demonstrating architectural projects and technical expertise.


Working Conditions

  • Location: Sheraton
  • Working Days: Sunday -Thursday
  • Working Hours: 09:00 AM -05:00 PM
  • Days Off: Friday, Saturday
