Talent 360 is hiring Senior People & Culture Specialist for one of its clients
Expected Job Role
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, competency frameworks, and offer negotiation.
- Manage onboarding programs: ensure smooth new employee integration, orientation, and cultural alignment.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain employee records, contracts, probation reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Guide managers on promotions, transfers, and terminations in compliance with relevant policies and laws.
- Oversee leave, attendance, and payroll coordination with finance/HR systems.
Performance Management & Development
- Implement and manage performance review cycles.
- Identify training & development needs; design or source learning programs.
- Support career pathing, succession planning.
- Coach managers in feedback, objective setting & alignment with company strategy.
People & Culture / Employee Experience
- Promote and embed values and culture across teams.
- Plan and execute initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and recognition.
- Organize events, workshops, and culture-building activities.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, gather feedback, and recommend actions.
Compliance & Policies
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and employee handbook in line with local labor laws.
- Ensure legal compliance on all people matters: contracts, benefits, health & safety, diversity & inclusion.
- Ensure data privacy/confidentiality of employee information.
HR Metrics & Reporting
- Establish and monitor KPIs (time to hire, turnover, retention, absenteeism, etc.).
- Provide HR dashboards & regular reporting to leadership.
- •Use quantitative and qualitative insights to drive improvements.
- Change Management & Strategic Projects
- Support strategic HR / organizational change initiatives (restructuring, culture change, mergers, etc.).
- Lead small-to-medium scale HR projects (e.g., HRIS implementation, diversity & inclusion initiatives).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (required).
- 4–6 years of progressive HR/People & Culture experience.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience in NGOs, startups, or social enterprises is highly preferred.
Working Conditions
- Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
- Location: Maadi
- Hybrid Model
- Working hours: 9:00-5:00 or 10:00-6:00
- Days off: Friday - Saturday
