Expected Job Role Develop and manage BIM models for architectural projects using Revit and other software.
Assist in preparing architectural drawings, details, and layouts.
Collaborate with structural, MEP engineers, and contractors for seamless design coordination.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and project specifications.
Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings.
Support quantity take-offs and material estimations from BIM models.
Contribute to the development of conceptual and schematic designs.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
1-3 years of experience in architectural design and BIM modeling.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; knowledge of Rhino, SketchUp, or Enscape is a plus.
Basic understanding of building codes, construction techniques, and materials.
Strong visualization and design presentation skills.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Quantity Take-offs & Estimation: Extracting accurate data from BIM models
Cloud Collaboration Platforms: Experience with BIM 360, ACC, or similar tools
Computational Design (Preferred): Basic knowledge of Dynamo, Grasshopper for parametric design
