Are you passionate about creating memorable brand experiences and managing client relationships with precision and creativity? We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing team in the events and experiential marketing industry.
What You’ll Do:
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and budgets aligned with client goals.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless project execution.
Lead on-site event operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Track progress using project management tools and provide post-event reports and insights.
Support business development by identifying new opportunities and contributing to service presentations.
Who You Are:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred universities: GUC, GIU, BUE, AUC.
Experience: 2–4 years in the events industry, including 1–2 years in a Senior Account Executive or similar role.
Background in event management, creative agencies, experiential marketing, or PR agencies.
Previous roles may include Account Executive, Junior Account Manager, Event Coordinator, or Client Services Associate.
Proficient in Asana, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva).
Strong communicator with excellent client handling, sales, and organizational skills.
Energetic, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Working Conditions:
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexibility required during peak/event periods)
