Talent 360 is hiring for one of our clients in the construction industry HR Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full HR function: recruitment, onboarding, performance, employee relations, and exit processes.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial HR role in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of labor law and employment regulations
Effective leadership and conflict resolution skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
High emotional intelligence and communication skills
Proficiency in HR software (ERP, Zoho, SAP, etc.)
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and build effective sourcing strategies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and visa processes.
Handle grievance and disciplinary matters with fairness and confidentiality.
Design training and development plans to improve team performance and retention.
Oversee payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.
Create and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture and improve employee engagement
Working Conditions :
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
