GAF Design Studio is looking for a "Site Engineer" to be part of their team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the site team in executing construction activities, ensuring work aligns with technical designs and architectural plans.
- Manage the allocation of labor, materials, and equipment on-site, ensuring efficient resource usage and minimizing downtime.
- Act as the primary contact for subcontractors, overseeing their work to ensure compliance with contract terms, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Projects Lead to maintain progress according to the master schedule, making adjustments as necessary to avoid delays.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for on-site issues, utilizing engineering knowledge to propose viable solutions and coordinate with various teams for swift resolution.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the specified standards and client expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in construction site management or engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
