HR Recruiter
to join our team.
Location:
Sheikh Zayed
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media channels.
Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
Follow up with direct managers to identify hiring needs.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and prepare hiring reports.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in the construction field).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
