We`re hiring for our client Grament IO Sales Account Manager

About our Client:
Garment IO is a plug-and-play Garment Manufacturing Management Solution combining software and hardware to give garment factory managers and owners a complete overview of production processes, worker performance and 
production cost calculation. All down to the transaction detail, real-time, and accessible online.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with business development and pre-sales solution engineers to understand client needs deeply through deep-dive qualification, ensuring the alignment of our solution with their requirements.

  • Engage stakeholders across client organizations to validate project commitment and garner enthusiastic buy-in.

  • Develop comprehensive closing plans, ensuring that all aspects of the sales cycle are meticulously planned and executed.

  • Secure customer commitment to project timelines, guiding them through the implementation process for a seamless experience.

  • Provide vital input and support during pre-sales activities, contributing to the creation of compelling proposals and presentations.

  • Be fully informed about the product's technical aspects, understanding its features and benefits, to address inquiries and objections.

  • Collaborate with the operations team for successful handover and deployment.

  • Effectively manage and maintain customer relationships post-sale, nurturing them for potential upsell opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally within the technology, SaaS, or related industry, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, processes, and strategies.

  • Effective communicator and influencer, skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship building.

  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and confidently handle objections.

  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Technical acumen to understand and communicate product features and benefits.

  • Curiosity and drive to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in a dynamic environment.

  • Additional language proficiency is a plus.

Work Conditions:

  • From Sunday to Thursday

  • Friday and Saturday are off

  • Flexible working hours
