NTS is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Odoo Support Agent to join our support team!
Job Description:
-Provide first-level support to customers using Odoo ERP (functional and basic technical issues).
-Assist in identifying and troubleshooting issues across Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, etc.).
-Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
-Document known issues, solutions, and procedures in the knowledge base.
-Guide users through processes, features, and best practices via chat, email, or phone.
Job Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
-Basic understanding of ERP systems; familiarity with Odoo is a MUST.
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and in a team.
-Proficiency in English.
-Customer-oriented mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile.
Working Conditions:
Working days: Sunday to Thursday (Hybrid)
Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00AM to 6:00PM
