About the Role
EgyGraph is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the heart of Cairo. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and driven to support multiple projects in a creative and fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in coordinating projects, maintaining timelines, and supporting internal and external communication flows.
Key Responsibilities
-Assist in planning and organizing project timelines, meetings, and deliverables.
-Monitor progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.
-Act as a communication bridge between management and internal teams.
-Document plans, follow-ups, and stakeholder feedback.
-Prepare simple reports and presentations.
-Coordinate logistics such as materials, meetings, and approvals.
-Provide administrative and coordination support to the Managing Director and project leads.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
-2–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or client services (internships or student leadership experience are a plus).
-Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of project tools like Trello or Asana is a plus.
