Business Developer (Corporate Trainings).

We're hiring a Business Developer – Corporate Trainings to join iCareer team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in identifying corporate clients, tailoring training solutions to their needs, and driving revenue growth through meaningful collaboration.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients for upskilling training programs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in companies.
  • Customize training program proposals to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase our training solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of training programs.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the training or educational sector.
  • Previous experience in the Learning and Development field is a great asset.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling services or programs to corporate clients.
  • Strong network with companies in Egypt.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
