Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with OAK’s marketing and business development goals.
- Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, and written posts) to showcase architectural projects.
- Manage and monitor OAK’s official social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and social media best practices, applying them to OAK’s strategy.
- Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns to promote projects, events, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media activities align with broader marketing campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Apply SEO best practices within social media content to enhance reach and visibility.
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across all social platforms.
- Build relationships with industry influencers and engage with relevant online communities to expand reach.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor platforms for potential issues and respond effectively to protect the company’s reputation.
- Support event promotion, webinars, and community engagement through tailored social media activities.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather insights and feedback from followers to continuously refine content strategy.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (experience in architecture or design industry is preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in social media management tools , analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Creativity and innovation in developing engaging campaigns.
- Ability to adapt to fast-changing social media trends and platforms.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Work Conditions
- Working Hours: 8 hours/day (10:00 am – 6:00 pm)
- Working Days: Sunday – Thursday
- Location: El-Sheikh Zayed
