Copreci Is Hiring Now For Quality Supervisor,

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and maintain quality management systems, including COPRECI Group standards, ISO certifications, and other relevant regulations.
  • Perform regular product quality checks and analyze defective assemblies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor machine availability and ensure adherence to productivity standards.
  • Define, implement, and enforce safety, environmental, and cleanliness protocols.
  • Maintain compliance with the SIG (Integrated Management System) for optimal customer and employee satisfaction.
    Quality Assurance and Control:
  • Follow up on daily quality processes before, during, and after production to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Measure defect rates and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Address customer complaints and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct data analysis using statistical methods to monitor and improve quality metrics.
  • Implement problem-solving methodologies, such as 8D, FMEA, and RCA, to address and resolve quality issues.
  • Facilitate product certification processes and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in quality management tools and techniques:
  • SPC (Statistical Process Control).
  • SAP
  • Minitab
  • PPM (Parts Per Million)
  • CP & CPk (Process Capability)
  • 7 Quality Tools
  • 5S Methodology
  • QMS (Quality Management System)
  • ISO Standards (9001, 14000, etc.)
  • Proven ability to analyze data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and 8D problem-solving methods.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Working Conditions:

  • Working Days: Sunday -Thursday
  • Working Hours: 09:00 AM -05:00 PM
  • Days Off: Friday and Saturday
  • Work Location: 10th of Ramadan
  • Onsite
