A reputable Software Development company is now hiring for a Back-end Team Lead to join its fast-growing company!

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
  • Responsible for the evaluation and development of initial engineering process.
  • Design, code, and troubleshoot new features, while debugging as necessary.
  • Work with front-end engineering team to integrate and produce a great and reliable user experience.
  • Act as a mentor to fellow Engineers, sharing knowledge and contributing to the team’s continued growth and improvement.
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • BS in computer science or related field (master’s degree a strong plus).
  • 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
  • Proven experience of team leadership.
  • Familiarity with back-end languages (PHP & .NET).
  • Strong understanding of algorithms and distributed systems.
  • Experience with Java is a plus.
  • Capability of prioritizing work and creating product & sprint schedules.
  • Very strong Interpersonal & management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
Work conditions:
  • Location: New Cairo
  • Working hours: flexible 8 hours
  • Working days: from Sundays to Thursdays
