We’re seeking a talented Account Manager (Weddings) to join our growing team.
Overview:
As an Account Manager at Z-Experience, you will be the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams. You’ll guide couples and corporate clients through every stage of the planning journey—translating their dreams into actionable plans while ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience.
This role blends project management, client service, and creative collaboration to deliver exceptional Weddings that reflect our brand’s elegance and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main liaison between clients, sales, design, and operations teams throughout the planning process.
* Take detailed client briefs and ensure full understanding of their needs, preferences, and wedding vision.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure all wedding milestones are achieved.
* Collaborate closely with the design team to align creative concepts with client expectations.
* Coordinate with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
* Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and concept presentations to clients.
* Maintain ongoing client communication, updates, and approvals with professionalism and empathy.
* Oversee on-site wedding execution, ensuring every detail aligns with the approved design and standards.
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships, fostering trust and repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills:
* 3+ years of experience in account management, client service, or project management within the weddings or hospitality industry.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—capable of managing both creative and operational conversations.
* Proven experience managing client budgets, timelines, and expectations.
* Creative mindset with a passion for design, décor, and luxury experiences.
* Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field preferred.
