Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism or a relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience as a copywriter or related role
- Strong knowledge of online content strategy and creation
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Experience with SEO
- Ability to understand the needs associated with a project and the target audience.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Creating and editing original copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets client/company needs and deadlines
- Tailor the content and style of individual writing assignments to either persuade or inform
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of campaign objectives and devise strategies to achieve them
- Meeting with account managers to understand the client message, brand voice and target audience
- Proposing copy concepts in an engaging way for clients and carrying out projects once they are approved
- Interpreting creative direction and technical information to develop persuasive copy concepts by understanding objectives, target audience, and product/service details, and translating them into engaging and impactful written copy.
- Collaborating with designers and other team members to ensure that the content aligns with the brand's voice and aesthetic
- Conducting research to formulate ideas or support writing
- Participate in the development of social media calendars for new clients, helping to create posts, captions, and other copy that aligns with overarching brand and campaign strategies.
- Contribute ideas and concepts for new business pitches and marketing campaigns
- Assisting in other aspects of the creative or research processes to create cohesive, accurate content
- Manage multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly
- Writing and editing copy for a variety of mediums, such as social media posts, blog articles, product descriptions
- Responsible for the monthly social media calendar for existing clients
- Attend all the shoots to make sure that the photos/videos are appealing to the content created
- Ensuring all content including posts, text on visuals and captions are proofread and free of errors
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in copywriting

- Continuously capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Days Off: Friday & Saturday
