Rekrut is hiring for one of our Clients " Joviatity" an experienced Assistant Brand Manager to join their dynamic team. As an Assistant Brand Manager you will be responsible for crafting and executing an effective brand strategy for the organisation. Duties extend beyond branding initiatives; they include developing marketing channels, expanding product lines, promoting through digital/offline avenues and conducting market research.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute practical marketing initiatives to increase market share, maximise profits and protect brand credibility.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, media representatives and other internal teams to ensure all materials meet company standards.
- Stay current with industry trends to create innovative strategies supporting the organisation’s growth goals.
- Prepare reports on campaign progress/effectiveness for management reviews.
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5 years of experience executing creative projects and campaigns from start to finish
- Knowledge of online tools and digital advertising strategies, such as PPC campaigns and web banners for effective target audience outreach
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to multitask multiple projects within tight deadlines
- Creative mindset with the drive to develop innovative ideas that support business objectives.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
