About the Role


We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Infrastructure Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of water and wastewater systems, pumping stations, pipelines, and treatment plants, along with strong communication and business development skills.


This role bridges technical expertise and sales strategy, ensuring that clients receive innovative, efficient, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the water and wastewater infrastructure sector.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.

  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle — from project inquiries to contract closure.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and tender documents for infrastructure projects.

  • Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to prepare cost estimates, technical documentation, and customized solutions.

  • Stay current on company products, market trends, and emerging technologies related to infrastructure systems (pumps, valves, control systems, treatment equipment, etc.).

  • Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to support strategic decision-making.

  • Ensure smooth handover to project delivery teams and provide after-sales technical support as needed.



Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).

  • 3–7 years of experience in technical sales or project engineering within the infrastructure, water, or wastewater sectors.

  • Strong understanding of pumping systems, treatment plants, pipelines, and SCADA or smart infrastructure technologies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deliver results against sales targets.

  • Self-driven, team-oriented, and passionate about technological innovation.
