Talent 360  is hiring Tele representatives for one of its clients

Job description

  • Promoting Training Workshops: Promoting accounting and finance training workshops via phone, and providing a detailed explanation of the content and objectives of each workshop.

  • Booking Management: Assisting clients with the booking process and ensuring they have all the necessary information regarding schedules and pricing.

  • Payment Follow-Up: Documenting client payment transactions and ensuring all financial records related to participants are up to date.

  • Responding to Inquiries: Answering potential clients’ questions and responding to all inquiries related to the workshops, such as topics, schedules, and costs.

  • Achieving Sales Targets: Working to meet monthly and annual sales goals related to workshop registrations.

  • Internal Coordination: Coordinating with internal teams (such as marketing and administration) to ensure a smooth process from booking through the completion of the workshop.

  • Reporting: Preparing regular reports on sales operations and booking performance.

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients, and providing necessary post-booking support.


Job Qualifications 

● Bachelor’s Degree
● Experience from 6 months to 2 Years in similar roles
● Excellent user of MS Office
● Good in both Arabic and English in both verbal and written
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 
● Attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
● Knowledge of MS Office, allowing to work in Excel, Word (creating letters), Outlook (mail and calendar service), PowerPoint (preparing presentations)

Working conditions

Working days: From Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM 
Weekends: Friday & Saturday
