Qmaizen Quality is a growing organization in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) sector, supporting businesses across Egypt and the MENA region with compliance-driven and market-leading solutions.
We are currently seeking a highly driven Business Development Consultant to join our team and contribute to expanding our market presence and client portfolio.
Your Role
As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions aligned with regulatory and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the TIC industry across Egypt and the MENA region.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to understand trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with technical and operational teams to design customized service offerings.
Ensure alignment of business development activities with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.
Track KPIs and sales targets and provide regular performance reports to management.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
2–3 years of experience in Business Development or Senior Sales, preferably within the TIC industry.
Strong knowledge of compliance and trade regulations in Egypt and the MENA region.
Certifications or training related to ISO standards or regulatory compliance are highly preferred.
Proven sales record with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
