Account Director - Zamalek

We are seeking a seasoned communications professional to lead high-profile PR accounts, acting as a trusted strategic advisor to our clients. This role combines insight-driven consultancy, exceptional storytelling, media relations expertise, and strong leadership to deliver impactful communications strategies. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing complex campaigns, guiding teams, and driving business growth while safeguarding and enhancing client reputations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead strategic PR and communications plans aligned with client business goals.
- Provide insight-based recommendations to improve brand awareness, reputation, and visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead crisis communications, ensuring timely and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Ensure quality deliverables, process implementation, and alignment with client scopes.
- Drive business development through networking, lead generation, and strategic proposals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8–10+ years’ experience in PR or communications consultancy, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong media network (local & international) and crisis communication expertise.
- Exceptional English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Proven leadership, client management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented with high professional ethics.
