Sr. Admin Assistant

Talent360 is now hiring for one of our clients Sr. admin assistant


Duties and responsibilities:

1-Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

2-Develop and maintain a filing system
3-Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
4-Maintain contact lists
5-Book travel arrangements
6-Submit and reconcile expense reports
7-Provide general support to visitors
8-Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

9-Align between the head office in KSA and Egypt.

Requirements:
1-Business administration degree or equivalent field
2-4+ Years of experience 
3-Having experience in the same industry is a plus (Creative studio, marketing, and advertising)
4-Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills 
5-Strong written and verbal communication skills
6-Excellent command of English

Company Industry: Integrated agency

Working Conditions:
1-Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
2-Days off: Fridays and Saturdays
3-Location: Zamalek
