Senior Architectural Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Architectural Design: Direct the design process for complex projects, ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions.
• Project Management: Oversee all project phases, from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
• Interdisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with civil, MEP engineers, and other specialists to integrate building systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate design challenges early in the project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients and contractors, presenting design concepts and updates.
• Resource Planning: Assist in resource allocation to ensure the architectural team has necessary tools and personnel.
• Sustainability Advocacy: Promote sustainable design practices and integrate energy-efficient solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends to enhance design processes and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and managing construction projects.
• Strong background in construction and contracting environments.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
