Partnership Strategy Development:
Design and implement a comprehensive partnerships roadmap aligned with Lantern’s vision, growth targets, and strategic priorities.
Stakeholder Identification & Engagement:
Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with key partners, including corporates, VCs, accelerators, government bodies, and ecosystem enablers.
Proposal & Deal Structuring:
Lead customized proposal development, negotiate terms, and structure agreements that deliver mutual value and sustainable impact.
Account Management & Relationship Building:
Maintain and grow strategic partnerships through regular engagement, performance tracking, and opportunity expansion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, ventures, leadership) to activate partnerships and ensure alignment on deliverables.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Track KPIs, manage partnership pipelines, assess impact, and report insights, risks, and opportunities to the leadership team.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Strategic Management, International Relations, or a related field.
Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
4–7 years in a relevant role such as Partnership Manager, Business Development Lead, or Strategic Alliance Manager.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation tools
High proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Key Competencies:
Excellent negotiation and communication skills (English & Arabic)
Strong stakeholder engagement and C-level relationship management
Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with commercial acumen
Organizational and project management abilities
Analytical thinking and partner-fit evaluation expertise
