CardoO is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Market Access Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, maximizing conversion rates, organizing corporate awareness sessions, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to expand our corporate client base and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- New Client Acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new corporate clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
- Conversion Rate Optimization by developing and implementing strategies to maximize the conversion rates of potential corporate customers, ensuring a high success rate in closing deals and achieving or exceeding ambitious sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within corporate organizations, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Plan, organize and conduct corporate awareness sessions, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and generate interest among potential clients.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and industries, identifying potential corporate clients and tailoring sales approaches accordingly.
- Lead contract negotiations with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while protecting the company's interests.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and present findings to the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts, share insights, develop joint marketing initiatives targeting corporate clients, leveraging branding, advertising, lead generation efforts and drive overall business growth.
- Utilize the CRM systems to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and ensure efficient follow-up to drive conversions.
- Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and compliance standards that may impact corporate sales activities, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or any related field
- Relevant certifications in sales or business development are desirable.
- Proven experience as a Market Access Specialist or Business development or in a similar sales role.
- Strong track record of acquiring and managing corporate clients, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of corporate sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at various organizational levels.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.
- Flexibility to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English is a must
