Vinbay is Hiring: Senior Business Development Executive (Remote/Hybrid)

Vinbay is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our B2B vendor network in the MENA region by building strategic partnerships and managing the full sales cycle for our SaaS products. 

location: Remote/Hybrid | (Preferably New Cairo, Egypt)

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Expected Job Role:
  • Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with vendors aligned to VinBay’s main products.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to develop tailored vendor-focused proposals and demos.
  • Drive outbound efforts to grow the vendor network in targeted sectors and geographies.
  • Manage partnership contracts, pricing, and ongoing relationship development.
  • Track and report on KPIs related to vendor acquisition and partner performance.
  • Create and manage proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies.
  • Drive expansion in the Egyptian and GCC markets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors and industry trends.
  • Monitor pipeline KPIs and improve conversion rates across the sales funnel.
  • Report on monthly targets, revenue projections, and client feedback.

Required Years of Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales or business development (SaaS preferable).

Main Skills/Competencies:
  • B2B Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to close complex deals with stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Capacity to build and nurture a strong outbound pipeline (cold email, LinkedIn, outbound).
  • Market Expansion: Experience in identifying growth opportunities in new sectors and regions, particularly in the MENA region.
  • CRM & Reporting: Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for lead tracking and pipeline reporting.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Communication & Presentation: Excellent in pitching value and delivering product demos.
  • Strategic Thinking: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to plan and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with dynamic goals.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Certifications: Optional, but preferred: Certifications in sales, business development, or digital marketing are a plus.

Specific Industry Experience:
  • SaaS / Software / Tech Services.
  • Preferably with exposure to the Automotive or B2B service sectors.
