United Elevators is seeking a motivated Service Sales Engineer to promote and sell elevator maintenance contracts.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
-2–4 years of experience in the elevators industry or service sales.
-Strong understanding of elevator systems and maintenance procedures.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical presentation skills.
Job Responsibilities :
-Sell elevator maintenance contracts to new and existing clients.
-Assess client sites and recommend suitable service solutions.
-Prepare and present technical and financial proposals.
-Work with technical teams to ensure proposal accuracy and feasibility.
-Identify new leads through calls, referrals, and site visits.
-Use CRM tools to manage client data, track leads, and monitor sales activities.
-Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet monthly targets.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
-Provide after-sales support and coordinate with technical teams.
-Finalize contracts and ensure smooth handover to operations.
-Keep accurate sales records and regularly report performance to management.
Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Fridays & Saturdays are off
- Work Location: New Cairo, 3rd Settlement, The Industrial Area.
