Talent 360 is seeking for a Project Coordinator for their client MSK.

MSK is a dynamic and growing import company at car tires & batteries seeking for a talented and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple projects.

Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and project progress.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and objectives, ensuring adherence to company goals and client expectations.

Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and engaging presentations to stakeholders at all levels, including management and clients.

Maintain detailed records of project communications, meeting notes, and action items.

Ensure that all project documentation is organized, up-to-date, and complies with company standards and regulations.

Regularly review and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and applying lessons learned to future projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Has Bachelor’s degree at business field or similar field.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English in both verbal and writing.
  • Knowledge of MS Office allowing to work in Excel, Word (creating letters), Outlook (mail and
  • calendar service), Power Point (preparing presentations).
  •  4 – 5 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successfully managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Has previous experience at logistics, accounting field.

Location: Garden City

Working Conditions: From 9 AM to 5 PM , Days OFF: Fridays & Saturdays.
