We are currently looking for an onsite Social Media Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead client accounts, develop and implement social media strategies, and collaborate with our creative and content teams to bring campaigns to life.

Job Role:
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
Lead and mentor a team of Social Media Specialists and junior content creators.
Translate client briefs into actionable digital and content strategies.
Develop, execute, and manage compelling content across platforms (static, video, reels, and written).
Own the content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand tone, objectives, and campaign timelines.
Manage multiple accounts with a focus on quality, efficiency, and creativity.
Oversee campaign execution from ideation to publishing and reporting.
Monitor campaign performance and generate detailed reports and presentations.
Stay updated on social media trends and platform algorithms to optimize performance.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell, enhance content, or improve deliverables.
Collaborate closely with creative and media teams to bring content visions to life.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in marketing or advertising agencies.
Proven experience in both account management and content creation (visual and written).
Skilled in content production tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) and social scheduling platforms.
Professional, presentable, and client-centric.
Strong leadership and client communication skills.
Deep understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and social media trends.
Solid knowledge of KPIs, performance metrics, and campaign reporting.
Proficient in project management tools and reporting software.
Ability to brief creative/media teams and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure.
Strategic thinker with high attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Strong time management and multitasking capabilities in fast-paced environments.
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
