Job description:
- Key responsibilities include business-to-business selling, inventory and logistics management, marketing promotion, and new business development.
- Directing other employees on projects as needed, such as scheduling shifts and monitoring work performance.
- Managing employee performance, which may include conducting annual performance evaluations, offering feedback on performance, and terminating employment if necessary.
- Reviewing budgets, financial statements, and reports to identify areas for improvement or possible risks.
- Reviewing and approving invoices from suppliers before payments are made.
- Providing leadership to employees by modeling work ethic and resolving conflicts between team members.
- Reviewing employee records for accuracy, such as timecards or expense reports
- Managing the hiring process, including interviewing candidates and conducting background checks.
- Managing operations of a store by overseeing inventory levels of merchandise, hiring staff, and maintaining security measure such as cameras and alarms.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, architecture, civil engineering is a must.
- 10+ years’ experience in a managerial role in construction companies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
- Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
- Excellent technical skills in writing, editing, formatting, research, negotiation, and verbal communications.
Work Conditions:
- Working Days: From Sunday to Thursday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Work location: New Cairo.
