Job description:

Key responsibilities include business-to-business selling, inventory and logistics management, marketing promotion, and new business development.
Directing other employees on projects as needed, such as scheduling shifts and monitoring work performance.
Managing employee performance, which may include conducting annual performance evaluations, offering feedback on performance, and terminating employment if necessary.
Reviewing budgets, financial statements, and reports to identify areas for improvement or possible risks.
Reviewing and approving invoices from suppliers before payments are made.
Providing leadership to employees by modeling work ethic and resolving conflicts between team members.
Reviewing employee records for accuracy, such as timecards or expense reports
Managing the hiring process, including interviewing candidates and conducting background checks.
Managing operations of a store by overseeing inventory levels of merchandise, hiring staff, and maintaining security measure such as cameras and alarms.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, architecture, civil engineering is a must.
10+ years’ experience in a managerial role in construction companies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
Excellent technical skills in writing, editing, formatting, research, negotiation, and verbal communications.
