Coordinate with design and media teams to ensure alignment.

Stay updated on platform updates and digital trends
Bachelor's degree in marketing or any related field. Preferably, Graduate from a recognized university (e.g., AUC, GUC, BUE, MSA)
Minimum 2 Years in Content, Community and social media Management (Agencies Preferred)
Proven creativity in content creation.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Comfortable with performance tracking and reporting.
High attention to detail and deadline orientation
Excellent English and Arabic copywriting
Deep knowledge of major platforms’ formats and best practices:
Instagram (posts, stories, reels), TikTok (trending content, short form), Facebook, LinkedIn
Strong grasp of tone, audience behavior, and content strategy
Experience with content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Meta Suite)
Awareness of platform analytics and insights
Coordination and briefing with design/creative teams
Trend-spotting and creative ideation skills
Basic performance understanding (reach, engagement, CTR, followers growth)
Creative and detail-oriented
Organized and deadline-driven
Team player and proactive communicator
Passion for storytelling, design, and culture
Adaptable to fast-paced environments
