We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with strong experience in invoicing processes, taxation compliance, and a solid understanding of Egyptian tax laws. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting within the advertising, marketing, or creative services sector, with exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Issue, track, and manage client invoices accurately and on time.
Record all financial transactions in the accounting system.
Prepare and file tax returns (VAT, withholding tax, etc.) in compliance with Egyptian regulations.
Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable/receivable, and vendor balances.
Support monthly and annual financial closing procedures.
Maintain organized records of all accounting documents.
Communicate with clients and internal departments on payment status and billing issues.
Liaise with tax advisors and auditors as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–3 years of accounting experience (preferably in a marketing, creative, or service-based company).
Strong knowledge of Egyptian taxation laws and financial regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar).
High attention to detail, strong problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Good communication skills in Arabic with working proficiency in English.
