Office Admin

Rekrut is hiring for one of our Clients "GEOMATEX" an experienced Office Admin to join their dynamic team. As an Office Admin you will be responsible for:

Provide Administrative Support
● Provide general administrative support such as greeting visitors, answering phones, responding to
emails, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
● Enter and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
● Organize and maintain records, files, and documents in a systematic and efficient manner.
● Assist with office management tasks such as maintaining office equipment, coordinating repairs and
maintenance, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the office space.

Scheduling and Coordination
● Schedule appointments, meetings, and events. Coordinate logistics for meetings, including booking
rooms, arranging catering, and preparing materials.
● Make travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Prepare travel itineraries and ensure compliance with travel policies and procedures.

Document Management
● Draft and format documents, reports, presentations, and other materials.
● Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity.

Communication and Stakeholder Interaction
● Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, vendors, and
visitors.
● Handle inquiries, provide information, and relay messages as needed.

Expense Reporting
● Assist with expense reporting and reimbursement processes. Collect receipts, reconcile expenses, and
prepare expense reports for approval.

Qualifications and Experience:
● A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
● 0-2 years of relevant experience.
● Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
● Very Good written and oral command in English and Arabic
● Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:
  • Working Hours: Flexible Hours from 8-10 AM to 4-6 PM
  • Days Off: Fridays & Saturdays
  • Location: Maadi, Cairo, Egypt.
