We’re on the lookout for a high-performing and results-driven Senior Business Developer to join our dynamic remote team. If you're passionate about SaaS sales, partnerships, and driving market expansion in the MENA region—Vinbay wants you on board.
Location: Remote (Preferably Cairo, Egypt)
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
As a Senior Business Developer at Vinbay, you will be responsible for:
Identifying and acquiring new B2B vendors for our SaaS platform
Leading outreach campaigns, discovery meetings, and deal negotiations
Building a scalable pipeline of opportunities across Egypt and the GCC
Managing proposals, pricing, contracts, and follow-ups to ensure deal closure
Collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align GTM strategies
Tracking sales performance, lead conversion, and key growth metrics using CRM tools
Providing market insights, identifying new segments, and recommending growth strategies
Representing Vinbay in virtual or physical tech and automotive industry events
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
5+ years of experience in B2B business development or SaaS sales
Demonstrated success in building pipelines and closing high-value deals
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of SaaS models and buyer journeys
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
Sales or growth-related certifications are a plus
