Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Nasr City, Masr El-Gedida, Zamalek, Downtown
Working Hours: Full-time (09:00 AM – 05:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM)
Days Off: Friday & Saturday
The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support across all functional areas, including recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, performance management, onboarding, and HR administration/reporting. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the company’s people strategy.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Address employee relations matters and provide guidance to staff and management.
Support organizational development (OD) initiatives.
Coordinate performance management and employee development activities.
Conduct onboarding programs and new hire orientations.
Maintain and update HR records and databases.
Prepare and submit regular HR activity and compliance reports.
Experience: 1–4 years in a Human Resources role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
