Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced BIM Technical Office Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with extensive experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) within the construction industry, specifically in building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and modify detailed BIM models and shop drawings for various building projects.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with specifications.
  • Utilize BIM and other engineering software to enhance project outcomes and facilitate coordination among disciplines.
  • Review and interpret project specifications and drawings to provide accurate BIM documentation.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy access and reference.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations, showcasing BIM capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in BIM operations.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a BIM Engineer or in a similar role within a contracting or construction firm.
  • Proven experience with building projects, specifically in creating and managing BIM models.
  • Proficient in BIM software (such as Revit, Navisworks) and AutoCAD, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Conditions:

  • Working Hours: 8 Hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
  • Working Days: 5 Days (On Site)
  • Days Off: Fridays & Saturdays
