Business Growth Manager 
A Business Growth Manager is needed to drive growth initiatives and expand business opportunities within the events and wedding planning field. The role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting strategic business development efforts.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events and wedding planning sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create growth strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare reports and insights on growth initiatives and outcomes.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts to maximize revenue potential.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or growth management, preferably in events, weddings, or related industries.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and results-driven approach to achieving business targets.
