TeleSales Agent

We are hiring a dynamic and goal-oriented Telesales Agent to join our sales team at 4M. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of telesales or outbound sales experience in the wholesale or retail industry and a passion for converting leads into successful orders.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing wholesale customers

• Identify customer needs and promote suitable product offerings

• Follow up on leads to close deals and maximize conversion

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment

CRM & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales on CRM or Excel

• Submit daily and weekly activity and sales reports

Team Collaboration

• Cooperate with field sales and operations teams

• Share customer insights and buying patterns with the team

Who You Are

• Female candidate aged 25–35 years

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)

• 1–2 years of telesales experience in wholesale or distribution (a must)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Results-driven and resilient under pressure

• Familiar with CRM tools and Excel

• Good command of Arabic; English is a plus

• Resides near El Matmdya, Giza, or willing to relocate

💰 Salary: Starting from 5,000 EGP Net
🎯 Incentives: Up to 2,500 EGP Net based on achieving 200% of targets
