Key Responsibilities
- Translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings and documentation.
- Ensure all technical outputs meet structural standards and comply with local and international building codes.
- Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless design execution.
- Attend coordination meetings to resolve technical issues and propose practical design solutions.
- Conduct site visits to oversee implementation and verify alignment with the original design intent.
- Maintain project documentation and specifications with a high level of accuracy.
- Support project delivery by ensuring all technical aspects are feasible, functional, and aligned with safety regulations.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in architectural or technical design.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, codes, materials, and space planning.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team-focused environment.
- Experience in managing design documentation from concept through execution.
