MAP Advertising is hiring for A Personal Assistant to General Manager 


Are you a seasoned professional with a knack for strategic coordination and a high-level background in the advertising industry? We are looking for a powerhouse Personal Assistant to support our General Manager.


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Strategic Deputizing: Acting on behalf of the GM, delegating tasks, and making key decisions in their absence.
  • Operational Oversight: Managing accounts, overseeing budgets, and handling specific research projects.
  • Communication Hub: Screening inquiries, managing high-level correspondence, and liaising with top-tier clients and suppliers.
  • Executive Support: Organizing meetings, preparing briefing papers/presentations, and ensuring the GM is fully prepared for every engagement.
  • Project Management: Devising and maintaining sophisticated office and data management systems.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 8–12 years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years specifically as a PA to senior management.
  • Education: University degree (Marketing or Advertising background preferred).
  • Language: Native-level fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Soft Skills: A polished, professional presence with the ability to handle high-pressure environments with a positive attitude.
  • Logistics: Must be a resident of Heliopolis, Nasr City, or nearby areas.
