Job Title: Design Team Leader.
Location: Sheikh Zayed
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers to enhance skills and creativity.
- Set clear expectations, assign tasks, and manage workloads for efficiency.
- Develop and implement processes to support design practices and project lifecycles.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, providing regular updates on project schedules.
- Provide creative direction aligned with client objectives and brand identity.
- Brainstorm and conceptualize innovative design ideas and solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
- 6-7 years of experience in a Senior Designer role.
- Proficiency in 3D Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent English communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to align design strategies with business goals and client needs.
- Expertise in graphic design principles and visual communication.
